First Visit From The Easter Bunny!

Well we are back from an eventful weekend in Wichita!  Benjamin continued to improve walking behind his little toy!  He got to visit both sets of grandparents and Great Grandma Winkelman!  We went to church for Easter, had a great breakfast and then Benjamin opened his Easter basket.  Look at some of my fun pics from the weekend!

Starting To Cruise!!!

Benjamin has had some big events these past couple of days.  Saturday was another session of swim lessons and he is doing great!  He started kicking and went completely under water!  Then on Sunday Luke, Benjamin and I did the trolley walk with Lindsey, Bobby and Baby Owen!  Both boys were such troopers and were great after the walk while we all had some breakfast!  Then last night was a big night for Benjamin!  He started walking behind his little walker!  Luke and I were laughing so hard because he basically started running and then "crashed".  Tonight he drastically improved by simply walking behind his toy!  Benjamin also started eating more "table" food because he thinks that he is going on 5 years old and does not want help eating, so we have started cutting more stuff up and he gums it since he still has no teeth! Other than that we are just having a blast seeing all of the new things that the little guy does each and every day!!!

Loving The Outdoors!

Well sorry it has been so long since we have last posted; things at our household have been a little busy lately!  Benjamin continues to amaze us each day with all of the new things he continues to do.  He has been talking like crazy and has successfully said "mama" and "dada"!  Benjamin started feeding himself finger foods and absolutely loves puffs and it does not matter what flavor they are!  He continues to be fascinated with Aspen and thankfully Aspen just lets him pull on her ears and tail and anything he can get a hold of!  Benjamin is a huge lover of the outdoors and loves going on walks each night after we get home and loves to sit on a blanket and play outside!  He had his first swim lessons a few weeks ago and today he was kicking up a storm.  So needless to say, Benjamin has kept us busy lately, but we are enjoying every minute of it!!!
