New Toy Room

We arrived back from Wichita and decided to make some changes in the house!  Benjamin's toys have basically taken over the house, so we decided to make the old "tv room" into the play room area.  The sun room is now full of all of his toys and we have made the front room into a true "tv room".  This set up is working much better because now Benjamin has more room to play and all of his toys can be in one place!!!

Christmas Celebrations!

This year we celebrated Christmas in Wichita with the entire Knoblauch clan!  Both of Luke's brothers were in town with their families.  Benjamin was able to play with all of his cousins for several days, which was a blast.  It was a very special Christmas since all of the kids are at such a fun age!  All of the kids were so great!   We all made it through Christmas Eve mass, which was amazing!

After we came back from Wichita, we celebrated Christmas with the Winkelman's on New Year's Eve.  It was great to be able to see everyone on the Winkelman side as well.

We are so thankful to have such amazing family and we are very fortunate that everyone was able to celebrate together!

December Happenings

Well December was an eventful month! Benjamin started sitting in a booster seat at the dinner table, met Santa for the first time, started saying lots of new words, and prepared for Christmas!  We had a great month.  Here are some fun pictures from the past month!

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone!  We are looking very forward to 2012 and all the new changes that it will bring to our family!

I am a little behind in posting pictures from Christmas, but I will hopefully get around to that in the next couple of days.  We had a very eventful weekend, with the biggest being putting together Benjamin's big boy bed.  I took some pictures last night of the new bed.  He is not actually in it yet since we are still waiting on the bed rails...our little man likes to move A LOT so we figure it would be a good decision to get the guard rails.  Then we did a lot of rearranging to make room for all of Benjamin's new toys and to bring out all of the baby equipment again in April or May. 

I am in my 21st week...22 weeks on Thursday.  I am feeling much better and starting to really show.  We had our big 20 week sonogram the Thursday before Christmas and everything is looking great.  He/she was moving around a lot, but we were able to see hands, feet, legs, arms, chambers of the heart, etc.  We are going to wait again to find out the sex until the big day.  We are still trying to figure out names...this time has been a little more of a challenge, but we have plenty of time to figure that out. 

Well this was just a little update, but I promise to post some pictures of Christmas and Benjamin's big boy bed in the next couple of days!
